Consumer research and insight partnership with a leading global media agency. Exploring the real role of the IoT and connected packaging and products in the home and in people’s lives. Using our findings to inform future decision making (for us and our clients).

Together with Mindshare we developed a range of smart products, connected packs and services. We then tested these in 1,000 households across the UK over 2 weeks.

A fresh collaboration between a global media agency and an IoT specialist. Key insights include:

- 77% people interested in food expiry notifications
- 50% interest in scanning products and packaging to learn about provenance
- 54% of women want access to video guides for cosmetic products
