Through user research we identified that there was some confusion around waste disposal. People didn't know where they could recycle or if the products they had could be recycled. For some people there was also little motivation due to a lack of clarity.
Through a number of iterative prototypes, we built an app that incentivised recycling through gamification but also served to educate through informing people how and where to recycle in a clear fashion. User simple scanned their packaging to connect.
