Providing Brands With Tech-Led Solutions To Become More Sustainable

How We Did It...

We teamed up with Nirvana to launch a ‘Sustainable Stories’ exhibition as part of the London Design Festival. The month-long, public exhibition, hosted at the G.F Smith building, presented five different ways that brands can implement technology into their products to make them more sustainable.

‘Sustainable Stories' enlightened visitors on how sustainability affects our daily lives, whilst also showing how connectivity and digital services can be used to better engage with consumers through connected products and smart packaging.

We connected five different products through different mediums, from NFC to QR. All of the products were fitted with technology that is available to brands right now, which can improve consumer awareness when it comes to recycling, upcycling and repairing the product.

There was also a series of talks to coincide with the exhibition. Our CEO and founder, Cameron Worth was part of a panel discussing the potential for innovation when approaching sustainability and explaining the thinking behind some of the exhibits.

Speaking after the event, Cameron said; “Sustainability is high on the agenda for many organisations at the moment, but there is also much confusion about the next best steps forward. This exhibition showed how sustainability initiatives can be aided and driven by IoT-led solutions, and provided attendees with actionable insights, and practical, tech-led solutions which can be introduced by brands today.”
